30-Day Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Address (only after approval)
Please do not send items back without initiating a return first. If your return is accepted, you’ll receive instructions and the return details.
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- For returns due to defects, damage, or our error, we’ll take care of you—contact us first so we can make it right.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at info@softari.store if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and provide the next steps.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishables (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards are final sale and non-returnable.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Items must be in original condition (unworn/unused, with tags, and in original packaging) and include proof of purchase.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
